Please, let us to convert non-steam to steam version or allow us to use steam wallet

Well... i play this game since the release of 2.0, but i can't play it anymore. The steam version for us Brazilians, the game subscription is 2x cheaper(R$28,00 per month) while the non-steam version, all Brazilians need pay about R$58,00 PER MONTH(this is my case). Please, allow us to use steam wallet, even if we need pay for that... because the dolar in Brazil is about R$3,84+tax , while in steam, is fixed at R$2,00. And yes... i know this is not SE fault(i'ts my SHI** country), But if you guys had put the steam version since the first day of 2.0 , this would not be happening to us. Now me and my friends have 2 choices...

1- stop playing
2- start again from lv1 with the steam version

I'm a big fan of this game, really love it... but i can't pay near R$60,00 per month anymore... i'm at max pvp rank(700+fights in frontline) and all jobs near 60:( please, let us know if we can do something about that... and sorry for my country being the rank 1 in corruption
