Golden Chocobo Feathers

Hi i wanted to play again so i resubb with friends and made a new character on cactuar and when i checked my mail i had 20 golden chocobo feathers and got twintania mount so good stuff

but when i went to check my old main character it only had 10 golden feathers is it only a 1 time reward? if its not then i have not recieve my other 10 feathers because me and my friends have subbed for 150 days or more already and we have collectors edition
