Cursor problems!

Noob question incoming!

Does anybody know how to turn off this hand cursor thing when playing on PC with a keyboard and mouse?

Every time I open up a menu it starts flashing like crazy and won't let me click anything with my mouse. I think I accidentally turned it on like some noob and now can't figure out how to remove it.

P.S. I think I may have posted this in the wrong section, but I didn't think it dire enough to go under technical support ;p

normally it should vanish the moment you move your mouse

in game. go ctrl + K.

go to gamepad settings and uncheck enable gamepad.
