Looking for a WHM and a SCH for A3S Final Phase Progression

We're a hardcore static that is undergoing a restructuring, we're working on final phase a3s, and we've beat Thordan (everyone has their weapons).

We are currently looking for two fast-learning healer that is i200ish, with A1S/A2S on farm and able to easily adapt to raid mechanics and group dynamics. We expect an individual that know his job extensively, can communicate with effectively and actively with their co-healer, and able to tighten up their performance and synergy during progression and also during farm. Being able to receive contrusctive criticism is of course mandatory, and giving out constructive criticism is a huge plus.
Also, giving us contact to you outside of the game is necessary so we can contact you in case a raid day is cancelled or you need to contact us.

We raid four times a week so far. Our current raid schedule is Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 10 PM EST to Midnight PM EST, and sometimes we fit extra days if possible.
