i think there's a gear set text command so you should be able to make a macro for that. can't check right now though. not in game and too lazy to google the commands.
you trying to be a magical girl=P?
You can see in the play guide on the Lodestone
- under "Other"
/gearset
ALIASES:
/gearset, /gs
USAGE:
/gearset [subcommand]
→Execute gear set functions.
>>Subcommands:
change [number]
Equip gear in slot [number].
view [number]
List gear in slot [number].
save [number]
Save current gear to slot
[number].
delete [number]
Delete slot [number].
Gear set list will be displayed when no subcommand is specified.
So together with /Shout (... xD) you can make your wanted macro for your transformation (HENSHIN~).
Perhaps also with pose emote and /wait to change gear exactly during the end of /pose?
Nice!
didnt know you could look up macro commands on the lodestone. now if you could use conditionals with macros theyd actually be worth more. maybe even add variables and functions. though i guess thatll never happen cause of bots =[
If you're on PC you can just open the gear set list and drag the sets to a hotbar, no macro creation needed. Pretty sure you can do it on PS4 as well, though not sure exactly how to do it there. I have 2 vertical hotbars with all of my gearsets on out for quick changes.
Lol if there were conditionals, variables and functions I would spam only one button for everything :p
But they want to have chat happen at the same time.
Thus the macro. So they can
/gearset change x
/say Henshin!
Or something.
Personally, I've got macros for all my jobs and they sort the inventory and armory chest at the same time so it all stays organized, since when you change jobs alot the armory chest gets jumbled up.
Please don't use shout for this... >,<;
i see so many ways to annoy people with that kind of macro =]
