Game Crashing When Trying to Complete the Quest "Wrath of Titan"

Date & Time:
11/29-11/30/15. I first tried to start the quest at around 11:50 PM. The last time I tried again was probably around 1:10 AM.

Every time I attempt to start the quest.

World:
Midgardsormr

Character Name:
Tseren Kha

NPC Name:
Minifilia

Class/Level:
30 Paladin.

Party or Solo:
Solo.

Race:
Au ra male.

Area and Coordinates:
The Waking Sands, Western Thanalan X11, Y13.

Steps:
I click on Minifilia to open the quest, "Wrath of Titan," and when I hit initiate, the screen fades to black to start, I assume, a cutscene. However, I end up getting stuck with the black screen and loading symbol in the corner. I have tried multiple times to wait it out, but in the end, the game crashes. I end up with the following error message: An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.(45d) The game then proceeds to shut down, and I'm back on my desktop.

This is actually the third time I'm going through the main storyline, and I haven't had any problems like this in the past with my other two characters.
