Are These Available In-Game?

Is this gear actually available in game or are these version 1.0 exclusive gear?

I have seen variations of them but never those exact versions Square-Enix shows right there.

Bow and the axe I think are available. The clothes I guess have different colors from the usual I see.

Yeah, they're definitely available, you just need to dye them - the weapons are the special level 50/ilvl 70 crafted weapons, and the armour are generally level 40-50ish/ilvl40-50 common vendor/crafted gear. Here's my attempt at interpreting what they are:

ARC

Weapon: most definitely Sarnga
Head: a common ARC hat, this is a good match: Ranger's Hat
Body: again, a common ARC tunic, like this: Ranger's Tunic
Hands: matching gloves to the above gear: Woolen Bracers
Legs: hard to say, but it appears to be subligar, of which this would probably be the closest: Raptorskin Subligar
Feet: this was difficult to decide, but I think this might be the closest: Cobalt-plated Jackboots

MRD

Weapon: definitely Rampager
Head: definitely Mythril Barbut
Body: seems to be a Peisteskin Harness
Hands: I'm pretty sure they're Mythril Mitt Gauntlets
Legs: A skirt that is probably a Boarskin Skirt
Feet: definitely caligae: Mythril Plated Caligae are a good match.

Dyes seem to be a dark red (like Rolanberry Red) for the ARC and a dark blue (like Midnight Blue) for the MRD.

Thank you for that comprehensive listing, Enkidoh. Though I should have been more clear. What I mean is I have seen the Ranger's Tunic sets but I have never seen them in the same material that is shown in the image I posted. The leather parts of the entire set looks to have been made with pieste skin and then dyed to that darker red. Are there any weaver crafts that use pieste skin as shown there? The Cobalt-plated Jackboots do not match the boots shown above, sadly. The Piesteskin Harness doesn't have the shoulder plating either. :(

I have a feeling a lot of that is exclusive to 1.0 much like a replica of the Wood Wailer set. If I am not mistaken, you cannot exactly match the Wood Wailer armor with 2.0+ gear right?

1.0 just had better textures than what we have now.

Mercenary's Leggings closely resemble the ARC's boots

Militia Harness has the shoulder plating, but looks slightly different compared to the one worn by the MRD.

While this is true, there are some items in the game using the type of leather textures from 1.0 still; an example of that would be some of the GC gear pieces like the Flame Private's Harness and Flame Sergeant's Subligar, they are "unique" to ARR but not 1.0. Another example would be some of the various NPC's Caligae, using the old Sheepskin and Dodoskin textures, and it isn't exclusive to leather, there's a few (not many) more out there too.

Naturally, I'd like these items to be added to an NPC for purchase (dyeable, of course), or a craft, perhaps some random drop from maps/retainer etc (please). They are already existing and wearable by all races after all. ;)
