Frequent instatability with PS4 - /icam glitches and frequent lockups

Summary: This patch has not resolved issues frequently occurring since the 3.1 update. In addition the most recent update has caused graphical errors when using Idle Camera feature on Playstation 4. Users will get game crashes or garbage output of graphics when using /icam

I'm certain other Playstation 4 users are still experiencing this issue even after the hotfix was supposed to address them. This is been the most unstable version of the game and played it since 2.0/PS4 launch.

Steps: For Lockups/Game Crash
1. Random, often happens upon teleport
2. Sometime or immediately after a teleport game starts to load then freezes
3. Unable to play the game unless you close application and log in again


Steps: For usage of Idle Camera
1. Use /icam
2. Watch as it goes to various scenes
3. Video card causes display to fuzz out or render oddly which looks like double vision.
