Im on Marlboro server and the end game scene is really dead due to low population and a crap to casual players...considering transfering to an more populated server...which server is good for active players and decent endgame

Depends on your timezone really. I found that Leviathan is really good for EST.
Balmung and Excalibur are also really popular servers, but it can be hard to get in them because they're always full. You might consider an odd time, like 3am in the morning to transfer or create.
