In-game Bug where Player is Penalized on playing too many Lord of Verminion Matches

Steps:
1. When its empty and when I play in the tournament for Lord of Verminion I play against the next available person.
2. Essentially I ended up playing the same person(s) over an over again by default due to playing during an hour when the server is not congested at the Golden Saucer.
3. I get penalized, however I played the matches legitimately and never left queue or a match.
4. So, why am I being penalized for playing real matches? And not leaving?
5. This has happened multiple times and it hinders me from winning double digit matches for the Lord of Verminion (achievement) tournament twice already. Waking up at 6am before the tournament ends and not being able to play has been overall frustrating and not good for me. Players who have never left a match and play the same matches over and over again should not be penalized. However some people are not getting the penalties by doing the same activity so its a case by case bug.
6. Also, the person playing against me with these matches are not getting penalized. This is not just tournament matches, this includes, RP and Non-RP matches.
7. I have also never disconnected while playing these matches.
8. Before maintenance I was penalized, and after maintenance I was till penalized in the morning.
