Encountered a Bug when using Master Books for crafting the list was not updated.

Not sure ability t the MB3, although it could mean that you need to be level 60 to 'learn'

As for the tabs part, Masterbook 1 tab is where the Masterbook 2 recipes are. It's categorised within for 1 and 2.

The Masterbook 2 tab is where the Masterbook 3 recipes will appear. Confusing, I know :)
