I'd found it funny we can't fish at the Wolves' Den Pier but this one day I happened to notice this npc up top near the striking dummies.
So now I'm left wondering, SE did you intend to allow fishing here when you made this guy and it just got neglected? Or is this guy just the devs poking fun at the fact we can't fish here?
