Steps:
1. Equip Stardust Rod or any of its upgraded variants
2. Cast a Black Mage spell. Any spell
3. Observe that particle effects appear BEYOND the end of the staff, instead of at its orb

It feels incredibly dissatisfying to use the Stardust Rod as its particle effect has been bugged for a long time now. The screenshot shows the bug when casting Fire IV, Blizzard IV, Freeze or Flare, but it persists across each and every spell you cast as a Black Mage, up to and including cross-classed spells.

I'm pleased to let you know that the starting position of the Stardust Rod's glow effect will be corrected in Patch 3.15! Thanks for your patience!
