An Idea/Suggestion for the upcoming Relic Weapons (Heavensward)

So its been hinted that we should be getting the new relic weapons for lv 60 soon and I started thinking about what made the orginals so cool. It was the customization for the most part. So going on that same line I would really love that the new relics when finished, ad a particular skill an added affect. A few Examples:

Paladin Relic: Choosing between: Your Rage of Halone now hits all targets in a cone for 25% of the damage inflicted to Primary Target and Inflicts them with Strenght Down.

Or Your Royal Authority automatically casts Flash simultaneously at no cost, but without the Blind Added Effect.

Similar stuff like this for example to add more spice to our classes. Tell me what you think I just tought about this and put it here as it came to me so please forgive poor formatting or fleshing out hehe, just wanted to provide the general idea. Thanks for reading.
