Crashed during story cutscene, cannot log in with character

Server: Exodus
Location: Lotus Stand
Character: Drunken Bee

I've tried creating new characters to test out the servers and my own computer, and everyone can go in fine. The thing is, with this specific character, the loading screen does not end, even though I can hear message notifications. No menus show up either. I feel like my character is stuck in the level somewhere, or something, and the game cannot actually load me in correctly.

Could I get this character moved back to the nearest Aetheryte? I'm not sure if that would solve it. I can get messages and stuff, and i can hear the sound effects for it, but I can't actually see any of them. Only a loading screen.
