Wymond Post Moogle Quest Text Error?

Well seeing as I can't post in the Bug Report subforums, I could only do this.

Anyway I just finished the Post Moogle Quest involving Wymond and after completing I tried to do some small talk with him to see what he says after the Quest and... nothing prompts up.

At first my icons darken as to get ready for the text box dialogue to show up, but then it quickly reverts back to normal and no dialogue box appears and I can move around and initiate the "Small Talk" or "TT Challenge" window again.

Has anyone who's done the Post Moogle Quest recently encountered this yet? I don't know if logging out and logging back in would fix this, but I'm curious if this is a problem reoccurring after people who have cleared it before or people who are just recently clearing or both.
