Hotbar glitch kind of but not really

I was wondering if there is any way to disable the "Vengeance Alt+9" part. Happens with a couple of different skills across multiple classes. Dunno if it's just a length thing or because it overlays, but I was hoping it's something that can be gotten rid of. Anybody know?

I disabled the ability info instead. I read them once and I don't want to read it everytime I point my mouse cursor on it. it's annoying.
