The one thing that I hate!!

Square plates!!! I know i'm likely in the majority here, but i shall explain.

Before we had square dinner plates, we had round dinner plates. perfectly reasonable and easy to get along with.

Then someone came up with square dinner plates! How are we supposed to use these. Not only do i not know which side should face me, but NOW i have to go to all the trouble of finding 4 different portions, one for each corner of the plate!!!

Failing that, I may have to put onto it 2 BIGGER portions, one for each half! And dont get me started on the 16 portion idea, thats crazy!!!

Anyone else having this issue with square dinner plates?
