Dear SE,
we r waiting so long for Q-popps... its not funny...
Here is my idea:
U told us that u r scared about to abadon the GC-thing.....
Y didnt u work on a tool for Dutyfinder in wich u can only Q SOLO, not as a group. And in that case u remove that GC-thing. Nobody needs Grindania, Limsa and that stuff just for waiting more than 30 min...... If u give us PVP in a game, make sure that it will be playable correctly. This waitingtimes r so unnecessary...
And about the lore/story: Cloud Strife from ff VII was an mercenary (hope the word is correctly) too, wasnt he? Y couldnt we all be mercenaries for the GCs? That would make the story more flexible. And please dont tell us in a live letter again and again and again that u "thinking about to end that GC-Thing, but...". If Ur not interested in PVP in ur game, just be honest and say that u dont care. So sorry for my bad english, hope everybody understand what im trying to say...

Personally i'd love to queue up with other nationalities. Like the Japanese. I did read somewhere it used to go through ALL of the data bases once in beta. Surely that alone would improve queue times for PVP AND PVE? Of course i guess you have the language barrier but FFXI had that as well... And well i remember being in groups with Japanese players. The auto translate tool worked well. Maybe it's different in this game, i don't know.

Having different databases sounds neat but I feel like it might cause a lot of problems with lag so I dunno about that. I've honestly never been bothered by the queue times even though I main DPS, I just distract myself with something else until it pops.

Yes, this have been suggested multiple times. SE says that they are afraid of match fixing, thus keeping GC restrictions. There are some benefits with it too, but the queue times makes the game unplayable witch kinda is the most important thing: To be able to play
There could be a "Mercenary" check-box in the duty finder settings. If checked, and if PvP queue time reaches a certain time limit (lets say 5 mins), you are placed in the GC which halts the match. This way you still start the queue with the GC you are in, thus no need to remove GC restrictions.
