Anybody experiences lag during peak times?

The lag is real even though I am located in Japan. Any thoughts?

PS: I tried to use WTFast, etc.. none of this works well.

I guess its not my line got problem. Been having lag a few days now.

It's happened to me several times since 2.1, especially when there are long times between server maints. Have you checked background programs in case?

Not recently but I used to in my old apt. I moved and now I have no issues. So not sure what the problem is maybe areas are bad.
