バヌバヌ蛮族デイリークエストが受注できない

ランクアップ前にデイリークエストを2つ残しておいた状態で、ランクアップさせると、ランクアップ前のデイリークエストが消失する。

手順：
3.1パッチの日の夜からバヌバヌデイリーを欠かさず開始し、１１月１８日の時点で、４．信頼　700/720でした
本日１１月１９日０時の時点で、３つ発生しているうちの「１つだけ」クエを受け、完了させて報告し、720/720にしました
その後、ランクアップのためのクエが発生したので、それをこなし、（その時点では残りのデイリークエがある回転矢印のマークはMAPから見えていました）、ナッキ島に戻って報告し、５．敬意に昇格しました。
クエが3つ受けられるようになってはおりましたが、ランクアップ前に受注しなかった2つ分のクエは表示されません。
ランクアップをまたぐ場合は直前と直後で３つずつ合計６個受けられる認識でおりましたが、今夜は4つしかクエを消化できませんでした。
不具合でしょうか？　
ちなみに既存の蛮族クエストはコンプリート済みで、受注もしておりません。
