Before level 50 you get bonus XP based on percentage of your current level. But at lv.50 or 59 you get the same 84,300 XP for 3 roulette dungeons or for 10 unique FATEs.
For DoL/DoH XP bonus scales correctly up to lv.60.
Is this a bug which needs to be reported?
I say report it anyway. If it's intended, they'll say so.
It's been like that since 3.0 was release, that 84.3k is 15% of how far from 51 you were at level 50 in 2.x, which was 56.2k. They changed how much exp was needed 50-51 with HW, and also no longer show exp required to next level when you are at max level.
It might have been intentional, since you can get 1.1 levels or so each week from just the challenge log and they made a huge grind to 60. They did something similar with Ixali tribe quests, which used to each give 10% of tnl for DoH jobs (maybe 15% for delivery one) and would have been a quick boost to exp upping beast tribe allowances to 12/day.
The battle challenge logs are still good for <50 jobs.
I wouldn't doubt that it's intentional since we only needed to level 10 more times, plus we now get a good chunk of xp thru solo hunts.
