Duty Finder Que Seems Damaged.

So over the last week The duty finder has not be responding well to my character as a dps class. I have had multiple times where Waiting over 45 mins or more to get a que to pop and. Sometimes - Not even getting one then. I don't expect the impossible but clearly a recent change has damaged something. The problem is also exasperated if you change into a crafting set, to go back to your dps gear. The que system bugs out. I have heard some new algorithm was put in recently? >.> Its not working. It should be noted this is happening to others in my FC as well. I don't know what you guys where trying. But its not working.
