Did the drop rate for Hippogryph Skin get lowered?? Before Heavensward it didn't seem like it took that long to farm a few stacks of 99 of it. Now it's taking me a little over 2 hours just to get 1 stack of 99 and there are hardly any up for sell on the Marlboro server market board. I feel like with all the new stuff we can gather and craft in Heavensward that the items needed for the old 1 and 2 star recipes should be easier to obtain.
