Free Company Exploration - Some QoL Needed

Hi,
I think that FC Company Exploration need some adjustments. In details:

1. Please, let only the leader needed the 8 tank ceruleum to go. Not everyone have permission to buy that with company credits, so every time party leader or someone else need to trade them to all memebers
2. Let Ceruleum Tank be sellable or buyable by gil. Not everyone have permission to spend company credits, and since you need only 2 FC members to start we don't want to spend credits to let external people leave. At least permit us to sell these with retainers in the FC house if we want to let external people fly with us and have a return.

These are two easy but really appreciated QoL improvements.
