FFXIV Freezing (not just during teleportation)

As you know people are reporting the game freezing during teleportation, however for me and some others, its not just during teleportation. For example i was afk sitting in the adventurers guild and when i came back to my tv about 1 hour later my game was froze and unresponsive. This has happened to me about 4 times since patch 3.1 and is not an issue with my system. It is an issue with the game. I just want to make sure that everyone understands that this issue is not solely a problem from teleporting. Thank You.
