Today's hotfix (11/16)

Anyone have any super secret hotfix notes on what they're planning to fix with it? I poked around but found no details.

Probably just bug fixes so they wont post anything till the servers are down. Stops people from trying to exploit them.

I'm guessing some of the known issue will be address. Maybe Duty finder display.

There's probably a number of other fixes as well, but the only thing I've seen specifically mentioned had to do with the new rules about how fast the Limit Break gauge fills:
