Sleipnir mount in-game use

Since a few days now, I experience something strange.

When I am in ARR and use Slepnir, it runs at its usual speed or meaning a speed I was used to, suddenly, for no reasons, it slows drastically down as if it was affected by a debuff *slow*, the only way I have to make it start runing at normal speed is press space bar and have it make a jump...

I have experienced this, in all places in ARR, timings were irrilevant, in Heavensward I dont need it, so I wouldnz be able to tell.

Could it be please repaired as I suppose that others mounts within ARR that cant fly might be affected by this.

An issue wherein mounted travel animations are not played at the correct speed.
* This does not affect actual travel speed.
