Please help

I seem to have been banned from psn. I went to play today and it wont let me sign into my ps4. I cant contact sony until tomorrow so I created a new psn account and it wont let me play heavensward. Why wont it let me?

The game is attached to your other PSN account.

Just because you can't sign into the PSN doesn't mean you've been banned from it. To get a console ban would take a serious infraction on your part.

I have no idea why I have been banned. Sony will hear me tomorrow, but what are my options if they don't reinstate my account? Does that mean I have lost all my progress on ff 14?

Your FF14 account should be fine.

Does it actually outright say you been banned?

Yes I get an error msg ws-37368-7

Access to playstation network by this account has been banned or temporarily suspended.

Does that mean I have to buy ff14 and heavensward again on my new psn account I created?

Check your email thats linked to that PSN ID. There isn't much Sony will do, if its a temp ban, you wait it out. If its a perma ban, good luck trying to get that reversed. As for FF, you'll have to get that account un-linked from it, not sure if that is possible, I'm guessing it should be, but that will need to go thru SE.

Well, this begs the question of what you've done to warrant that? But, all aside, you can still play on the PC if you have that option, but the game is registered to your specific PSN and not the console it's installed to. Setting up a new PSN won't let you play on a console.
