Things are Getting Sirius.

I am unable to unlock this dungeon, I've completed the MSQ Heavensward, I've cleared pharos sirius normal dungeon and cleared the quest, I HAVE NOT done any Kobol Daylies.

Any help would be good, I doubt SE would put a dungeon behind daylies on purpose..

You need to do the quest "Why so Sirius" in Aleport first.
