Error 90002

Hello.
I know that there are many threads here already about this issue but it seems that my problem is a little more special I guess.

I started FFXIV on my PS4. It ran smoothly. So smooth that I had no errors/lag/delay at all.

Then I moved to playing on my PC and that's when hell started. I got kicked out of the game so many times and it has always been error 90002.

I tried playing on my laptop and there doesn't seem to be this issue.

So I am wondering, why is this only happening on my pc?

All my hardware is connected to my wireless internet.
I'm from Malaysia, I have been playing in the same server for every hardware.

Any solutions please? I really prefer playing on PC.

For what it's worth, there's a huge thread devoted to 90002 errors in the Technical Support > Being Addressed / Currently Reviewing section. You're not alone. Sorry this isn't much help.
