Yea, I noticed this, but was too tired to make a bug report on it. Pretty funny at first because my sleep addled mind didn't pick up on it until I was halfway through reading the second copy of the line....
My favourite part is that both lines that lead into the statement are different.
Some one needs to reboot Alphinaud, I think he has crashed
I saw it too XD, I didn't complete the MSQ first so I assumed a lot of other people already would've reported this :p.

Weird that this wasn't addressed in today's hotfix... quite a major and very visible thing, as far as localisation/text errors go.
Hotfixes are usually not for this kind of fixes. You need to wait for the next update 3.xx or even major update 3.x for localization errors to be reflected.
