Simple, Easy AST setup for DS4

Here is a simple SCH setup for controller that uses the least amount of buttons and has easy access to critical functions.

First lets set up some macros:

(SwiftAscend)
/micon "Swiftcast"
/ac "Swiftcast"
/ac "Ascend" <t>

Now go to Character Config> Hotbars> Cross> General and uncheck "Use pethotbar".

Then go to "Set Selection". Uncheck "Auto swift when weapon sheathed/unsheathed".
Then check "Enable customization when weapon is sheathed" and make sure Hotbar 1 and 3 are checked.
After, check "Enable customization when weapon is drawn" and make sure hotbar 1 and 3 are checked.
Now tapping R1 switches between hotbar 1 and 3 and skips the premade pet hotbar!

Next go to Character config> Hotbars> Cross> "Enable expanded controls" and set the (R2+L2) and (L2+R2) both to cross hotbar 2 left

Finally the actual layout, I personally use a Dualshock 4, so your mileage may vary:

Right Trigger(R2) - Cross hotbar 1 Right

Circle: Malefic II
Cross: Cleric Stance
Square: Combust
Triangle: Gravity

Right: Spread
Down: Shuffle
Left : RoyalRoad
Up: Draw

Left Trigger (L2) - Cross hotbar 1 Left

Circle: Benefic II
Cross: Benefic
Square: Helios
Triangle: Exalted Detriment

Right: Light Speed
Down: Collective Unconscious
Left: Synestry
Up: Lumiferous Aether

Left + Right Triggers (L2+R2) - Cross hotbar 2 Left

Circle: Aspected Benefic
Cross: Celestial Opposition
Square: Aspected Helios
Triangle: Essential Dignity

Right: Disable
Down: Time Dilation
Left: Stoneskin
Up: (SwiftAscend)

Right Trigger (R2) - Crosshotbar 3 Right

I'd swap exalted, collective unconscious, and lumiferous, with aspected benific/Helios and essential dignity if I was you. I feel like I'd use those more often and want them more readily available.

NOTE: I repeat the HOTBAR HEAL SKILLS in Cross hotbar 3 Right, when you change from Cross hotbar 1 to Cross hotbar 3 the Right side keep your healing skills.

Or make a cleric stance macro to swap from healing bar to dps?

And switch the mode for L2 and R2 so u gain 16 more buttons xD

Example
When i hold L2 then R2 i get 8 slots which i keep my synasty, swift cast, raise, stoneskin + emotes

Now when i hold R2 thdn L2 i get another 8 slots which have my colestrial opposion, time dialation , collective concious and fix my bar macro + emotes

Now my normal bar is blank because i use my cleric macro which copy other bars into my bar 1 so my bar 2 is full of healing spells/cards with cleric macro and my bar 3 is full of Dps spells/ cards with another cleric macro

Then i drop 1 cleric macro into bar 1 and press it and bam it copy any bar depending if what stance im in, so no cleric stance = healer bar. Cleric stance on = dps bar

So in total i use 32 buttons as AST with controller :) a lot of my friends always ask me for help when they want there controller configured its easier then to tab through bars and using the cycle feature with controller but yeah not all macros are bad , bar swaping macros are beastly
