remove MGP cost for tutorial mode in minions battle

I got 2 timeouts because with gamepad it's horrible to understand how to select gates or minions
i complete the first tutorial one time
then i want to redo it : i no more got the 150 MGP reward
i still need to redo it before doing tutorial N°2

for the moment i spent 100 MGP x 4 - 150 = 250 MGP

i'm not getting 1-2-3 at the cacpot board 3 times per day
and the lottery...

seriously, remove the reward if you want but remove the cost for doing tutorials

i'm not going to attempt tutorial n°2 until it has been patched
