Differences between Easy/Normal/Hard

I'm curious as to whether there are any defined differences people have noticed from going into the various modes. Do you get more drops from Hard Mode chests? Does it take less kills to spawn a NM? Essentially, what are the advantages for going into Hard when using an FC to enter Diadem?

From what I can tell, having done both Easy and Normal, the difference is the Ranks of the naturally spawning monsters.

Easy: Rank 1, 2 and 3 monsters spawn naturally.
Normal: Rank 2, 3 and 4 monsters spawn naturally.
Hard(Guess): Rank 3, 4 and 5 monsters spawn naturally.

Because of how the kill enough Rank X spawn a Rank X+2 monster system works spawning Stars/NM would be much easier in Hard.

From what I've seen for gold coffers that yeild 210 gear depending on difficulty level are:
Easy Mode: <5% gold coffers
Normal: ~10%
Hard: 15-20%

These are the averages I've seen in each mode based on the final tally given once you leave the duty. All 3 were done with consistent pulling and at least 2 groups killing the same mobs at a time to generate tracks faster.

Have done HM yesterday with my FC. I confirm that you naturally find a LOT of IV and V (and III in the spawing areas).
However we felt a bit disappointed because we had 5 gold chests each with only 1 210 gear, which is what my friends have been doing in NM. And we had a full 24 FC alliance + other parties joining us for quite a bit. Although it's very possible we missed something that would yield better/more rewards so we are looking for info on other HM experiences.

Yeah, I do feel now having done NM that HM is just not worth it. I think HM would only be worth it if more people were doing it.

HM = ~30 chests, ~5 Gold
NM = ~60 chests, ~6 Gold

No brainer really for me so far. However, the main reason for this is that with a larger number of people fighting, there is a larger amount of damage, enemies die faster because of the zerg, and chests pile in really fast. I've yet to experience more then three parties fighting together in HM, but that's a regular day in NM. So yeah. NM is the winner until there is a reason to go in HM, like some kind of exclusive benefit. Which I'm not sure they'll ever do.

Rank V monsters can spawn naturally in Normal as well. My last run, we actually have 3 Rank Vs on our starting island, which was pretty weird.

With only one run each of Hard and Normal, my results were:

Hard:
8 NMs, 9 Gold chest, 22 Silvers = 10+ i210 drops.

Normal:
1 NM, 1 Gold, 15 Silvers = 1 i210 drop.

Our airship better unlock hard soon, because it is difficult going back to anything but hard.

did HM with full FC alliance last night, had about 5-6 gold with only 1 210 peice each
vs the normals i was spamming most the day with 1-3 210 peices per gold

Yeah, having done a few Normals since my last post, I've found I must have just lucked out on the first few. I got 5-6 golds each time during those runs and 1-2 during my more recent ones. Looks like Normal is the way to go for farming for Pegasus, and then Hard for farming i210.
