Steps:
1. Open game from launcher
2. Game opens partly off screen: In fullscreen mode at the proper resolution (2560x1440) the game centers so the top third of the game is off the top of the monitor.

In windowed mode, at all resolutions, the games centers so the top third of the window is off the top of the monitor and cannot be repositioned.
