i150 Diadem Gear substats ignored in Seal Rock

Steps:
I equipped multiple level 60 i150 pieces of diadem gear in Seal Rock and only received the main stats, the substats were completely ignored. Nothing about the sync states that it ignores substats on aetherial gear, and this equipment shouldn't be sync'ed as it is i150.

This is also true with i180/i210 diadem gear, but I understand if it acts differently there due to the gear having to sync down.
