FC Alliance Formation

So we got 16 people to run The Diadem, most from the FC and a few randoms. We got the formation of alliance message and got our ships ready but once we got into the instance we were not formed?

It made communication very hard with the few non-FC members because they couldn't see what was being typed in FC chat. It was also very difficult to gather together because we could not see the parties on the map, (like in crystal tower raids) even with spamming <pos> I can only imagine how hard this will be once we roll with 24 people.

PLEASE let a actual formation of alliance take place so that we can not only use /alliance chat but also see each other on the map.

Thanks for the wonderfully fun content that brings me back to FFXI days!
