Pastel Pink Dye appearing as General Purpose on gear

I purchased a pot of Pastel Pink Dye off Mogstation last night. It arrived fine, and was the untradable version, but when I used it on my gear, it said the item was dyed with a General Purpose Pastel Pink Dye. I did not have a General Purpose in my inventory, and the untradable version was highlighted when I used it.

Are both sets of Pastel Dye (original and General Purpose) supposed to appear as General Appearance when checking gear, or is this a bug?
