Wind Silk/other mats?

Anyone know where to get Wind Silk and the other materials like it?

Wind Silk and Dino Leather are from Steel Spoils for doing Dynadem.

I heard that wind silk was added to airship "ventures" from certain sectors.
See airship thread they have info there.

About other mats, most come from diadem (airship exploration).
