(Non-Graphical) Queue Bug for Daily Roulette: Expert

The Expert Roulette queue is not working for me today, but did work yesterday. Other roulette queues have been working fine. This is not based on the 0s on the party member counts which is a known display-only bug (which is also happening), but the fact that the queue ran for a half hour on what's likely one of the most active queues currently, while the old level 60 queue popped within a minute or so. Logging out and restarting the client did not fix the problem.

Did it display forming party with only you in queue? Or did it just say Reserving Instance?

Because if it's the latter, that means there's too MANY people doing it and there's not enough instances available.

It happened to me with Void Ark day one. Had to wait 37 minutes as a full party

I waited 92 minutes this morning to get into Expert Roulette as a healer, and never got a group. Other healers in Idyllshire were reporting queue times of 5-10 minutes. It is a selective error that targets specific people and it is unacceptable for a paid service. Especially since SE gives you ZERO live-chat or phone support for in-game issues.

Had this problem today while queueing with a friend. After withdrawing/registering a few times it worked.

still not getting matched in duty finder. It's really fucking annoying.

I'm also having this issue. Has anyone figured out a way of fixing it yet? requeing multiple times seems to do nothing

Had it yesterday on Phoenix server, tried and waited over 20 minutes nothing, decided to go to SMA insterad of ex and that worked ok. Basically 3 of us in a aprt qued, 2dps, 1 healer. It showed us as quing then we seemed to dissapear off the duty panel and sat like that for 20 minutes before we gave up after 5 trys and went to que for Saint moch which went through straight away
