Duty Status Window broken?

Steps:
1. Queue up for DR Trial on my scholar
2. Check Duty Status Window; it shows 0/2 Tanks 0/2 Healer 0/4 DPS for over a minute (should show atleast 1/2 healers)
3. Cancel Queue and restart it because its bugged, Duty Status Window again shows 0/2 0/2 0/4
4. Zoned and rechecked; still 0/2 0/2 0/4
5. Waited 5 minutes Duty poped but someone didn't accept
6. Duty Status again shows 0/2 0/2 0/4
7. After another 10 min poped again but had to leave at that point

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this bug. As a DPS I'm kinda used to having longer queues but as it says 0/2 (and 0/4) I'm worried that it might not actually be trying to find me an instance as it thinks there may not be anyone actually in the queue. It showed me in the queue for 40 mins before I finally dropped.

I'm having this same issue. It'll briefly show me as 1/2 as a DPS, then promptly go back to 0/2, like I'm being dropped.

Its a known error, it was in the patch notes.
