Rank 2 Vanu Vanu daily quests did not unlock despite message saying otherwise

Steps:
1. Accept the quest "Three Beaks to the Wind" and complete it.
2. Do the 3 initial daily beast tribe quests for the Vanu Vanu. In my case, I did Water Crystal Waltz, Hardboiled Hustle and Sanuwa Samba.
3. Accept the quest "A Tribal Reunion" and complete it.
4. Watch the in-game message saying that new daily beast tribe quests for the Vanu Vanu were unlocked for the new rank you just got, along with new items with the vendor.
5. Neither of these are true. There are absolutely no other quests for the Vanu Vanu left for me to accept, and I still have 9 beast tribe allowances for today. As for the vendor, it only sells Birch Branch and Starflower, which it already sold before the in game message that stated that new items were added.

This is kind of a big problem... since it seems i'll forever lose these 3 allowances due to an in-game bug, staying behind in the beast tribe progression...

Yesterday i thought it was only a new way to deliver the quests, but today everyone but me was doing 6 daily quests, and im stuck with the 3 of 50 repatutation, no quest offerings anywhere else.

I have completed the vanu vanu main quests of three beaks to the wind and a tribal reunion but am still unable to access a different npc for quests and only am getting three quests per day. it does say my rank is 2 in reputation screen as well as listing my rank as respected in the vendor.

Same problem here. I was able to accept 3 new daily quests but only three of the rank 1 quests, no rank 2 quests were ever opened up to me despite reaching rank 2 already.

I'm unsure if the Gundu follow the old beast tribe pattern of '3 quests per rank' since they've changed it to scale to the level of the job you accepted it as. But hearing people have spent 6 allowances (out of the daily 12) concerns me, as I've reached reputation level 3, and only had 5 daily quests to pickup total. Since SE bumped us up to an allowance of 12/day I was actually thinking we might just be getting less dailies per rank to compensate for that

Also having same issue. Did rank up quest to rank 3 reputation, and didn't get any new daily quests even though other people I know did.

I also have this. I did the quests on the patch day (TUE) before the daily reset, and got rank 2 from the first three quests. I was then unable to get the rank 2 quests. At first I figured they changed the pattern here (i.e. you would only be able to get 6 per faction at a higher rank), but then I heard other people were doing 6 quests a day. So basically, I've been doing the rank 1 quests only for three days in a row.

how can you even be Rank 3? :(
ahhh, ignorance is bliss! i thought they changed the way daily beasties are done and i was okay with it....now i'm sad that i am missing out on my dailies :(
hopefully, the emergency maintenance today will fix this.
