1) Must be on friends list.
2) Go to the estate
3) Open Housing Menu (From Social Menu) > Private Estate > Shared Settings
4) Add new tenant (can add up to 3) from friends list and set access rights.
5) Close Window - Tenant should get a message saying that they are now sharing an estate. -
