FFXIV Taskbar not appearing

Whenever im hiding window on FFXIV it doesnt alwas appear on the bottom of my screen.

Its a 70% it doesnt appear and 30% chance it does.

It will sometimes appear few mins right after hiding the window or does not appear at all.
