Poor NPC left hanging.

This poor fella has been left hanging since 3.0.. Really thought SE would have saved him come 3.1.

Guess he'll have to hang in there for 3 more months.

Not far from the Aetheryte in Foundation. Near the Fountain.

I found another! in Idyllshire, Near the aethernet shard.

Sad part is, I think the one in Ishgard is going to be hanging there forever, just like the one in Limsa Lominsa that the pirates strung up.

Doesn't the topaz carbuncle spawn there sometimes? Just to watch him struggle.

I had actually found one the day before 3.1 went live and thought how cruel it was to leave him hanging there for months, but ended up enjoying it entirely too much to take screenshots with him:

I hate to be a downer, but that particular NPC does not stay hanging for too long *Makes a whistling noise then a splat noise*
At least I am pretty sure he is the one... I'll have to fly out there and double check it.
