Pharos Sirius Hard??

Its not showing up for me. I know I have to have cleared the normal one. Which I have it cleared. Is there another pre req? I got the other dungeon unlocked but why isnt this one?
I'm by Trachraet but he doesnt have the quest???

You need to finish Why so Sirius first, a small quest unlocked after the one asking to complete Pharos Sirius.
