Not if the patch continues to not work for some...

It probably can't start early due to weekly lockouts :/

No, as the weekly reset happens tonight at 12am pst, they have addressed this before in prior patches and even went as far as purposefully extending the length of maintenance before when it was scheduled to end a few hours before the weekly reset, so I don't think they will bring the servers back up before 12am pst.

PC here and it's failed 10 times and is now locked on "reccomending version update" and has been for a bit now. After giving two different error messages than the known ones.

Inb4 it's up at 9pm PST tonight to keep you all from Fallout 4.

If that were the case the game would be offline 24/7 because someone is always having technical issues.

By some I mean a lot, the fix doesn't even work for me because my problem is not the problem others were having.

I highly doubt it as last time they opened the servers early, everyone complained. Plus, it's reset tonight, and they probably don't want people getting a head start.
