Reason for the Server not coming online early during a major patch
Just so you guys know about the servers, chances are it will not come up any time earlier than whatever time they put on the lodestone because they don't want people having a head start on the weekly reset. The last time they had a major patch and it came up early people complained about it.
If you don't know what time the server comes up for you check the lodestone.
