Plot available to use/share on Midgardsormr

So with the new estate sharing in the patch I'm offering this

So for anyone on Midgardsormr, with the new patch on Tuesday you will be able to share housing I'm probably going to be playing a whole lot less and I rarely use my house other than for decoration and such so if anyone on said server wants to use the house (its a small plot) just hit me up with a message. I only ask that no furnishings (other then your own) be sold or destroyed without my consent. You may add furnishings of your own to the house and use the garden for your own purposes.

I have cleared out all that I had in there other than quality of life items such as mailbox teleport crystal NPC vendors etc. I just want to see the house get some use since I'm not using it at the moment as much as others might use it. More quality of life items will be added as needed or requested.

I don't want to lose the plot so Id visit when needed, of course I would get that money back i just want to see it get more use out of it than what it has been, so that someone who may not be able to afford a house or plot will be able to get one easily with all the functions available to them.
